From a dietetic point of view The Hat is an atrocity. You will ingest enough nitrates to fertilize the entire state of North Dakota in one swift bowel movement. But I say to hell with dietetics just for one night. Grab a chili cheeseburger, some fries and a lemonade and enjoy yourself. Take your time and don't feel like an asshat if you have to use a fork. It'll get you food drunk.
